Review

Management is great in my opinion. Apartment located in a convenient location. Noise has gotten better over the last few months. Neighborhood has invited some strange people. Delivery for packages can be difficult sometimes since some drivers dont have access to gate.

Great Area / Solid Property

I've been here 4 years and the area is great, the property manager is easy to deal with and friendly. There's good people in the building and the building is clean. The area is great and accessible.

Layout of apartment is great. No issues with it. Management is friendly and responsive. Noise for me is an issue. If you don't mind dogs or thin ceilings. Parking garage is alright but you may need to move your vehicle here and there for maintenance, cleaning, or other miscellaneous repairs. Consider those.
